Direct purchases in major fishing grounds and our own imports provide us with a volume of over 1,000 metric tons per month. In Moscow alone, we serve more than 560 restaurants and foodservice outlets: premium restaurants, catering services, and corporate dining. We have launched a full cycle of direct imports of fish and seafood from Southeast Asia and Latin America, which gives us competitive prices and stable supplies throughout Russia.
Our nationwide coverage exceeds 5,000 metric tons per month of raw meat and finished products. We supply directly to meat processing plants, national retail chains, and restaurants. Direct contracts with key producers in the Russian Federation and EAEU countries allow us to control production costs without intermediaries and guarantee consistent quality.
A business line with its own infrastructure. A grain elevator complex with a one-time storage capacity of 27,000 metric tons is already operational, serving as a new hub for consolidating grain flows from southern Russia. We purchase grain directly from farmers, process it, and export it to Turkey and countries in the Middle East.
