The contract was awarded following a tender conducted in accordance with Federal Law No. 223-FZ; it covers a three-year term and entails the provision of a comprehensive range of services at office centers located at 4 Belovezhskaya Street and 1 Samarskaya Street in Moscow. The total area serviced amounts to 65,000 square meters. The value of the agreement has increased by more than 50 percent compared to the previous three-year period.
Under the contract, RBE Group will continue to provide operational and technical maintenance and cleaning services—including interior cleaning, solid waste and snow removal, industrial rope access, and specialized tasks—as well as additional services such as plant and aquarium care.
Fulfilling the client’s requirements entails conducting necessary medical examinations and obtaining required clearances, as well as ensuring that specialists hold the appropriate electrical safety certifications for systems operating at 1,000 V and above.
In preparation for the new term, the facilities have been additionally equipped with floor-scrubbing machines and other necessary machinery and supplies. The workforce has been retained, with wages adjusted for inflation.
The extension of the partnership is a result of the quality of services provided and RBE Group’s reputation, as well as the high quality of the tender documentation and commercial proposal.
Moving forward, RBE plans to expand the partnership to other office facilities and headquarters of PJSC Rosseti across Russian regions and to strengthen its position in the industrial and office cleaning sector serving major state-owned corporations.
