The new wine list has been curated with an emphasis on more premium brands and varieties. It features white, red, and sparkling wines from Russia and Serbia, selected based on flavor balance, culinary versatility, and passenger preferences.
The new selection was developed based on professional selection criteria as well as guest feedback. During the project’s preparation, more than 250 wine samples were tasted, and the final selection was curated to reflect the most sought-after flavor profiles and the expectations of passengers in premium service classes.
This update is part of RBE’s strategy to consistently improve service quality and enhance the premium customer experience aboard high-speed trains.
The wines served in Business and First Class are included in the ticket price and provided to passengers as part of the standard service. For passengers in other classes of service, an extensive menu of alcoholic beverages is available at the “Sapsan” bar-bistro.
The company continues to improve its service standards, paying particular attention to the quality of offerings, passenger convenience, and consistent principles of premium service across different classes of service.
