    Dear Partners!

RBE fulfills its contractual obligations and controls service quality at every level.

    RBE’s Quality Control System
The company has implemented a multi-level quality control system that ensures the services provided meet established requirements and standards:

    • Compliance with Contractual Obligations. Timelines, scope, and quality metrics are as set out in the contract.
    • Multi-stage performance monitoring. Each stage is checked for compliance with internal regulations and the client’s requirements, at all levels of the company.
    • Compliance with regulatory requirements. RBE’s operations are certified to international quality standards, including ISO and HACCP. We comply with food safety, public health, and environmental safety requirements.
    • Regular audits and monitoring. Scheduled and unscheduled internal audits and external inspections; corrective actions follow the results.
    • Transparency in reporting. On request, a partner receives information on the status of obligations and the results of control measures.

Procedure for handling inquiries from current partners

RBE reviews all inquiries from current partners. Processing steps:

    • Registration of the inquiry. Every inquiry is assigned a number in a unified tracking system.
    • Assignment of a designated representative. An employee is assigned to the inquiry to handle the issue and communicate with the partner.
    • Analysis and Preparation of a Solution. The relevant specialists identify the cause and prepare a solution.
    • Prompt Response. An initial response is given within 24 hours of registration. The final resolution follows within the time set by internal regulations or as agreed.
    • Confirmation of the Outcome. We report on the measures taken and ask whether the issue has been resolved.
